Hayley Ruth Jelinek was born on March 30, 2007 and weighed 6 pounds, 2 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches long.
Her parents are Diane and Doug Jelinek of St. Charles Ill.
Her grandparents are John and Glenda Gamby of Chadron, Don Jelinek of Lincoln, and Jane and Bob Basoco of Lincoln.
Great grandparents are Ruth Eichelberger of Lincoln and John W. Gamby of Slater, Mo.
